I hate recording this video because it makes me so sad to think of saying goodbye to any of my clients. I am so profoundly grateful for you—for trusting me with your business, for being open and willing to collaborate and ultimately for showing me how powerful you are.

I truly believe that a strong brand and website open the door for so much business success and I can’t wait to see your business explode.

Documentation

All your documents and deliverables (including brand assets) can be found in your client dashboard at any time for up to one year following our work together. I recommend keeping a set of your files on a local server (like your computer) and in the cloud somewhere (like Google Drive). If you can’t find anything at anytime, send me an email and I’ll help you out!

Continued Collaboration

I would love to continue supporting you and working together in any capacity. I don’t currently offer client retainers because I don’t believe they serve me or my clients very well. Instead, I have “designer days” where you can hire me for a day to work on any miscellaneous projects. Designer Days are only available to my past 1×1 clients and they’re only available on Thursdays. This is a great way to knock out landing pages, social media templates, podcast art, etc.

You can book a designer day by sending me an email and I’ll send you a link with my current availability. (Booking farther out also reduces the cost because it allows me to plan my schedule accoridngly). If there’s a project that can’t be done in one day, I will put together a custom proposal for you and we’ll begin another 1×1 contract.

☀️ Lastly, my business is built on referrals, and my favorite clients have always come from my other clients. I would be so grateful if you would recommend me to your friends or other business owners, and I always appreciate a shout-out on social media!
