I am so excited to work with you and I’m so grateful for your support and trust in me as I take your business to the next level. I wanted to record a short video to welcome you to my business and talk through some of the process and expectations for working together.
You should have access to a Welcome Guide in your email and client dashboard that will outline more of the nitty gritty “housekeeping” items as well.
☀️ As a 1×1 client, YOU are the #1 priority for my business. I want you to know that I care so deeply about you and your business and I want you to succeed. After working with so many entrepreneurs I’ve developed a few systems that will help us have a great working relationship and get you the best results.
Communication
Working together requires great communication. My goal is to over-communicate with you as my client so you always know what’s going on and what’s happening next.
I communicate primarily through email, so you can expect updates and assignments to come that way. I also offer Voxer as a way to send quick thoughts or ideas through text or voice messaging. I respond to all Voxer messages Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. PLEASE NOTE: Voxer is not an official communication channel, by which I mean it’s a place to collaborate, brainstorm, and receive coaching, but when you have formal feedback or requests, those will need to come through email to ensure they happen.
Trust
As a 1×1 client, you are responsible for making powerful decisions about your brand. I will take care of you and provide the best information, ideas, and deliverables, but ultimately it’s your job to know what you want and what your goals are. I like to say that I AM the expert on branding, but YOU are the expert of YOUR BRAND.
Schedule
I don’t like it when I buy something online and it takes forever to get to me. I’m sure you feel the same way about your brand/website! I take on a really limited number of clients so that I can deliver my work as quickly as possible. There is a timeline and schedule included in your Statement of Work that you can also view at any time in your client dashboard. If for some reason our project is delayed, that date will be pushed back and it’s my responsibility to communicate that to you so we’re always on the same page.
Other Expectations
We will have 1-2 scheduled calls for your Brand Strategy Session(s) and Website Strategy Session(s), as well as a website training and hand-off call. If for some reason you want to chat or discuss ideas outside of those calls, I can always make myself available for a 30-minute call. Just send me an email and we can chat!
